Trimdon Village is a few minutes up the B1278 from Fishburn. Trimdon Colliery and Trimdon Grange are a little further on, still close enough that we're rarely more than ten to fifteen minutes away from any of them.

Like Fishburn, the Trimdons are former mining villages. Trimdon Colliery and Trimdon Grange have long rows of terraced houses, and Trimdon Village has its older centre around the green plus newer estates.
